1.Agreement to these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Find With Dennis LLC (“Find With Dennis,” “DENNIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and they govern your access to and use of this website and any related pages, forms, or content we make available (together, the “Site”).

By accessing the Site, submitting the interest form, or otherwise communicating with us through the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2.About DENNIS and its development status

DENNIS is a community safety platform under active development. It is designed to help families and communities respond when a person who may wander or elope — including autistic individuals, people with cognitive or developmental disabilities, and people living with dementia or Alzheimer’s — goes missing, and to help families request support during certain non-elopement emergencies.

The platform is not operational. Descriptions, images, screenshots, timelines, and feature summaries on the Site are forward-looking and illustrative. They describe what we are building, not what exists today. Every element of the platform — including its features, pricing, availability, geographic coverage, eligibility requirements, and the September 2026 Phase 1 testing timeline — is subject to change, delay, limitation, or cancellation at our sole discretion and without notice. Nothing on the Site is an offer, a promise, a warranty, or a commitment to deliver any product or service.

Any product imagery shown on the Site is a design preview depicting simulated data and fictional locations. It does not depict a real person, a real incident, a real location, or live platform activity.

3.Not an emergency service

DENNIS is not an emergency service, an emergency dispatch service, a public safety answering point, a 911 service or replacement for one, a medical device, a medical or clinical service, a security service, a monitoring service, or a locating or tracking service.

We do not dispatch police, fire, or emergency medical services. We do not control whether, when, or how any government agency, first responder, volunteer, professional, or other third party responds to any situation. We do not guarantee that any person will be located, that any response will occur, or that any response will be timely, adequate, or safe.

In any emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number first and immediately. Never delay contacting emergency services in order to use, check, or wait on DENNIS.

4.Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. You may use the Site and submit the interest form only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 through it.

If you are submitting the form on behalf of an organization — an agency, a business, a school, a provider, or a nonprofit — you represent that you are authorized to do so and to bind that organization to these Terms.

5.The interest list

The Site lets you join an interest list for testing and announcements. Joining the interest list:

• does not create a user account, a customer relationship, or any service relationship;
• does not enroll you, or anyone you care for, in any alert system, monitoring service, or emergency service;
• does not guarantee access, pricing, features, or a launch date;
• does not obligate you to participate in anything, and costs nothing.

How testing opens. DENNIS rolls out region by region. When testing opens in a region, we notify the people on the interest list in that region. We do not commit to a date for any particular region, to opening any particular region, or to any specific order of regions, and the pace of the rollout depends on development and on the readiness of the volunteer and responder network in each area. Participation may also be subject to eligibility requirements, capacity limits, and a separate testing agreement.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you will keep it accurate if you send us updates. You may ask to be removed from the interest list at any time using the contact details in Section 19 or the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

6.Communications you agree to receive

By submitting the interest form, you consent to receive emails from us about DENNIS — development updates, testing invitations, and related announcements. You can withdraw that consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

If you provide a mobile number and separately opt in to text messages, you consent to receive SMS or MMS messages from us at that number, which may be sent using automated technology. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of joining the interest list or of any future purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help.

We may still send you non-marketing messages about your submission, these Terms, or our Privacy Policy.

7.Informational content only

Content on the Site — including statistics, descriptions of wandering and elopement, safety-related statements, and any resources we link to — is general information only. It is not medical, clinical, behavioral, psychological, educational, legal, insurance, or emergency advice, and it is not a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional who knows your situation.

Statistics we cite are drawn from published third-party research and are presented as reported by their sources. We do not warrant their accuracy, currency, or applicability to your circumstances. Always consult qualified professionals about the care and safety of the person you support, and follow the direction of emergency services in any emergency.

8.Intellectual property

The Site and everything in it — including the DENNIS name and logo, all text, graphics, layouts, screen designs, product imagery, user interface designs, workflows, structure, selection and arrangement of content, software, and underlying methods and systems — is owned by Find With Dennis, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent, and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.

“DENNIS,” the DENNIS logo, and “Every Second Counts” are trademarks of Find With Dennis LLC. You may not use them without our prior written permission.

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, except for ordinary personal viewing and non-commercial sharing of a link;
• use any Site content, including product imagery or feature descriptions, to design, develop, market, or fund a competing or substantially similar product or service;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the design, structure, methods, or operation of DENNIS from anything on the Site;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, index, or extract content or data from the Site;
• remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice.

Nothing on the Site grants you any license or right in our intellectual property by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. Public descriptions of DENNIS are intentionally general and do not disclose our confidential and proprietary methods, which remain trade secrets of Find With Dennis LLC.

9.Feedback and submissions

If you send us ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, or other feedback about DENNIS (“Feedback”), whether through the interest form, email, a conversation, or any other channel, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that Feedback into DENNIS and our business, for any purpose, without compensation, attribution, or obligation to you.

Feedback is not confidential unless we have signed a written agreement with you saying otherwise. Please do not send us anything you consider confidential or proprietary, and please do not include sensitive personal or medical details about yourself or anyone you care for in free-text fields.

10.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or impersonating information, or submit another person’s information without their permission;
• use the Site for any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any system or network connected to it;
• introduce malware, or any code intended to damage, disable, or impair the Site;
• use the Site to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to collect information about other users;
• misrepresent your affiliation with any agency, department, organization, or professional credentialing body.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site, and remove any submission, at any time and for any reason, including a suspected violation of these Terms.

11.Third-party services and links

The Site is hosted and operated using third-party platforms and service providers, including our website, form, and customer-relationship platform. Forms on the Site may be delivered through an embedded third-party frame. Your submission is transmitted to and stored by those providers on our behalf. Their handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources. We do not control them, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and governed by that site’s own terms.

12.Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find With Dennis LLC disclaims all warranties, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free; that any defect will be corrected; that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components; or that any information on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or reliable. We make no warranty whatsoever regarding the future availability, functionality, performance, safety, or efficacy of the DENNIS platform.

13.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Find With Dennis LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

Because DENNIS is not operational and is not an emergency service, we have no liability of any kind for any personal injury, death, disappearance, property damage, delay in response, failure of response, or other loss arising from any emergency, missing-person incident, elopement, wandering event, or behavioral or medical crisis, or from any reliance on the Site in connection with one.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the greatest extent permitted by law, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Find With Dennis LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your submissions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

15.Dispute resolution

Informal resolution first. If a dispute arises between us, you agree to contact us at [email protected] first and to work with us in good faith for at least sixty (60) days to resolve it informally before starting any formal proceeding. Most issues can be resolved this way.

If informal resolution does not succeed, the dispute will be resolved in court as set out in Section 16.

16.Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and by applicable United States federal law.

You and Find With Dennis LLC agree that the exclusive venue for any action permitted under these Terms is the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts and waive any objection to venue there.

The Site is operated from the United States. We make no representation that the Site or DENNIS is appropriate or available in any other location, and if you access the Site from outside the United States you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local law.

17.Changes to these Terms or the Site

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by email to the address you gave us or by a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, and any planned DENNIS feature or testing program, at any time and without liability to you.

18.General provisions

Entire agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Find With Dennis LLC regarding the Site, and supersede any prior understanding on that subject. A separate signed agreement — such as a testing agreement or a non-disclosure agreement — controls over these Terms where the two conflict, and only as to its subject matter.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full force.

No waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Survival

Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, and 12 through 18 survive any termination of these Terms or of your use of the Site.

Headings

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
