Wandering and crisis cut across every system you run: disability services, behavioral health, aging services, schools, and public safety. DENNIS gives Community Services Boards, public agencies, and care providers one coordination layer, so the community is alerted and activated in real time, not after too much time has passed.
Group homes, memory care communities, day programs, residential providers, and CSB case management teams get an organization account. The facility is recorded as the initiator, and the search runs exactly as it does for a family: routing, containment, volunteers, and responder handoff.

Individuals are enrolled with consent, and profiles are built with the people who know them best: family, direct support staff, and clinicians.
Authorized staff can report a resident missing with one press, any hour, without waiting for a supervisor or a family member to be reached.
Each alert leaves a timeline that supports incident reporting, licensing reviews, and follow-up with families.
When someone with a developmental disability, autism, or dementia is in crisis, the family or caregiver can send an Assistance Alert. It reaches nearby first responders and licensed professionals whose credentials DENNIS has verified, such as behavior analysts, crisis counselors, medics, and CIT-trained officers who opt in. They arrive knowing how to communicate with the person and what calms them.
Staff see what staff need, families see their own person, and no one browses a roster. Volunteers see a flyer only while a search is active.
Medical details are visible to first responders only. Families and providers can mark other fields responders-only as well.
Agencies see searches in their own response area. Search records can be exported to support investigations, and responder lookups are logged.
Before joining a live search, volunteers must complete identity verification and a background check. They accept a safety acknowledgment on every search.
DENNIS complements 9-1-1, dispatch, and public alert programs like AMBER Alert and Silver Alert. Law enforcement keeps incident command.
Consent is recorded for every individual enrolled, and families can update or remove a profile at any time.
DENNIS is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated under any government agency.
